Nurse Practitioner for In-home Visits

We’re hiring board-certified nurse practitioner contractors to conduct In-home Health Evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members. Responsibilities Conduct in-home visits that focus on a person’s overall health and well-being and identify potential barriers to care. Complete a medication and medical history review, and perform a physical evaluation, using a pre-populated, patient-specific form. Earn up to $2,500 to $4,000 each week (average 6‑9 visits daily, base rate of $80 per completed assessment). Increase your per‑visit rate up to 135% with our Market Multiplier. Earn additional compensation via our pay‑per‑test model for qualified visits. Qualifications Board‑certified nurse practitioner. State license required. Medicaid license or willingness to enroll (with support) strongly preferred. Experience with Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, or commercial plan evaluations is a plus. Benefits & Compensation Flexible schedule with shifts available Monday‑Sunday (no nights/weekends required). Independent contractor, 1099 status. Short‑Term or Long‑Term basis. Airfare, hotel, and rental car available (depending on eligibility). Malpractice coverage. Availability incentives based on weekly availability.
