Courtyard by Marriott in Bettendorf , is currently adding a Front Desk Guest Service Agent to our team!

We are looking for outgoing individuals who are able to work Part Time with weekday and weekend evening availability.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides high-quality customer service.
• Handles guest reservations.
• Answers and transfers phone calls.
• Handles guest check-ins and outs along with questions, complaints, etc.
• Other duties as required with the department.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous hotel or relevant customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
