Trademark Operations Manager (AM Law 100) Trademark Operations Manager (AM Law 100) Firm: A nationally recognized AM Law 100 firm with 500+ attorneys providing comprehensive legal services to innovative companies from startups to global enterprises. Role: The Trademark Operations Manager oversees the day‑to‑day operations of the trademark support team within the firm. This role ensures efficient workflow management, high‑quality docketing and filing processes, and compliance with domestic and international trademark regulations. Responsibilities: Supervise, mentor, and evaluate trademark paralegals, specialists, and support staff Assign and manage workloads to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks Oversee trademark prosecution processes, including filings, renewals, oppositions, and maintenance Ensure accuracy of docketing systems and critical deadline tracking Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to enhance productivity Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) Collaborate with attorneys to support trademark strategy execution Serve as escalation point for complex operational issues Qualifications: 4+ years of trademark prosecution or IP operations experience 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role preferred Experience in a law firm or corporate legal department Working Situation: Hybrid Base Salary: $100-140k+, commensurate with experience.
