Licensed Mental Health Clinician – Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Schedule:

• Shift Length: 10-hour shifts
• Shift Options: Days 07:00–19:30 or Evenings 16:00–02:00
• Weekends: Every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday)
• Holiday Requirement: Must commit to working 3 of the following 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day

Requirements:

• Licenses Required: LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC (full state license required)
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in crisis risk assessments for adults and pediatrics
• EMR Experience: Epic experience required
• Preferred: Prior hospital or emergency department experience

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct crisis assessments and crisis intervention, including involuntary holds.
• Perform risk assessments for suicide, homicide, and self-harm.
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments and intake/admission screenings.
• Coordinate care, manage referrals, and ensure timely discharge planning.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, working effectively with both adult and pediatric populations.

Compliance / Notes:

• Must have full state license in-hand at submission.
• References: 2 references covering 1 year within the last 3 years are required.
• Local radius: 50 miles.
• Module completion required pre-start and during orientation.
