Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough assessments to understand client needs, ensuring each individual’s challenges and aspirations are comprehensively documented. \n
- Create personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that cater specifically to each client’s therapeutic goals, adjusting these plans as necessary to reflect progress and changing circumstances. \n
- Closely monitor client progress during regular counseling sessions, offering guidance and support that empower clients to overcome their challenges and achieve their desired outcomes. \n
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers, facilitating referrals to other specialists and ensuring clients receive holistic care to support all aspects of their well-being. \n
- Document client interactions and treatment processes using our integrated telehealth platform, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards in counseling practices. \n
This role focuses specifically on providing individual counseling sessions for women aged 35-55. Clients often present with a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, midlife transitions, relationship dynamics, and stress management. As a counselor, you will play a critical role in helping them address these issues and improve their quality of life.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's degree in Counseling from an accredited institution, coupled with an active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification. \n
- A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in counseling, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapeutic practices and patient care. \n
- A strong understanding of ethical and legal considerations in the field of counseling, ensuring the highest standard of care. \n
- Exceptional communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and team members in a remote setting. \n

The salary range for this full-time position is competitive, offering between USD 90,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
