Billing Manager | FULLY REMOTE - ***LAW FIRM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED***

Locations: NYC, DC, HOUSTON, BOSTON, DALLAS, CHARLOTTE, SAN FRAN, CHICAGO, RALEIGH, LA, AUSTIN, ATLANTA

Role & Key responsibilities:

Fully remote billing team
Lead a team of 8–11 full-cycle billers
Strong visibility with leadership and cross-functional teams
Opportunity to drive process improvements & team development
Oversee billing operations and monthly close cycle
Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team
Partner with attorneys and stakeholders on billing strategy and client needs

5+ years of leadership experience, experience managing teams of 8+, Aderant (required)
