ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our finance team. In this role, you will support strategic decision-making by delivering accurate financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and leverage advanced tools — including Excel and AI-powered platforms — to drive insight and efficiency. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models, forecasts, and budgets Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for leadership Analyze variances between actuals and forecasts; identify trends and recommend corrective actions Use advanced Excel techniques (PivotTables, Power Query, dynamic arrays, macros) to automate reporting workflows Leverage AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT) to improve analysis speed, generate insights, and streamline documentation Collaborate with all departments to support planning cycles Support ad hoc data analysis and special projects as needed Present findings and recommendations clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a similar role Advanced Excel: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including PivotTables, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Power Query, and financial modeling Demonstrated experience using AI tools to enhance productivity and analytical output Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills PREFERRED Familiarity with ERP systems Exposure to data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) WHAT WE OFFER Competitive salary commensurate with experience Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with match Flexible hybrid work environment Collaborative, growth-oriented team culture We are an equal opportunity employer.
