Database Administrator

Job Description: Investigate and resolve application and data-related support tickets. Write, test, and execute SQL scripts to perform data updates, corrections, and maintenance activities. Troubleshoot production and UAT issues by analyzing data, stored procedures, and application behavior. Identify root causes of system issues and work with development teams to implement solutions. Support reporting and operational data requests across multiple business functions. Modify and maintain existing stored procedures, queries, and database processes. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand system workflows and business rules. Participate in ongoing application support, maintenance, and enhancement initiatives. Requirements: Strong SQL experience, including complex queries, joins, subqueries, and stored procedures. Experience troubleshooting data issues and performing production data analysis. Familiarity with SQL Server or similar relational database platforms. Ability to understand and navigate complex business logic within existing systems. Experience working in ticket-driven support or maintenance environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Experience with Java applications is a plus but not required. Experience supporting enterprise business applications is preferred. DBA experience is not required.
