About the Role:

The Support Staff role is essential in ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations within an organization by providing comprehensive assistance to various departments and personnel. Shift: Mon - Friday 12am-8am

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated reliability and professionalism in previous work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to internal and external inquiries via phone, email, or in-person communication.

• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments to ensure efficient time management for team members.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed to support various departments.
