Our warehouse operations directly impact field execution, safety, and project success.## **The Role**The Temporary Warehouse Manager will oversee daily warehouse operations, with an immediate focus on organizing the warehouse, managing inventory and improving material flow.This position will ensure that field teams receive the correct materials on time and that the warehouse remains safe, accurate and organized.## Qualifications## **What You’ll Do**### **Warehouse Operations*** Oversee receiving, staging, shipping, and inventory activities.* Organize the warehouse and maintain an efficient layout.* Establish and follow warehouse processes and workflows.* Ensure materials are available to support field crews and project schedules.### **Inventory and Logistics*** Maintain accurate inventory and material-tracking records.* Conduct inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.* Coordinate material deliveries, transfers, and returns.* Manage equipment storage and asset control.* Track equipment maintenance as needed.### **Team Leadership and Safety*** Coordinate and manage warehouse staff as needed.* Enforce TCE safety standards and warehouse requirements.* Promote accountability, organization, and professionalism.* Assist with employee training and onboarding.### **Cross-Functional Support*** Work with Operations, Project Management, and Finance.* Support job costing and material tracking.* Provide updates on inventory and warehouse operations.## **What You Need to Be a Fit*** Warehouse or logistics experience, including some leadership responsibility.* Experience with inventory management.* Construction, telecommunications, or field-service experience is preferred.* Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.* Ability to improve warehouse systems and processes.* Comfortable using inventory software and basic reporting tools.* Strong communication and leadership skills.* Must be local to the Crown Point, Indiana area.## **Pay and Position Details*** $30–$35 per hour, based on experience.* Full-time, seasonal/temporary position.* Expected duration: 90–120 days.## **Why TCE*** Strong partnership with operations and field teams.* Opportunity to organize and improve warehouse operations.* Professional and accountable work environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
