Part-Time Administrative Support Specialist Schedule Part-Time (15–20 hours per week) About the Role We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Administrative Support Specialist to support day‑to‑day operations within our main office location. The ideal candidate would be detail‑oriented, highly organized, and adaptable, with the ability to manage a variety of responsibilities while keeping office processes running smoothly behind the scenes. Key Responsibilities This role provides essential administrative support, including: Support permanent record maintenance Maintain organized systems for files, records, and shared resources Assist with document preparation, formatting, and distribution Support internal processes to help ensure day‑to‑day operations run smoothly Manage incoming calls, mail, and general office communications Serve as a reliable point of contact for administrative coordination Assist with special projects and shifting organizational priorities Other responsibilities as assigned Qualifications 3–5+ years of administrative or operations support experience (multi‑department experience preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint), SharePoint, OneDrive, and Adobe Pro Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities Proactive, resourceful, and solutions‑oriented mindset Clear and professional communication skills Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion Self‑motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively Why This Role Matters This position plays an important role in supporting the organization’s daily operations by providing reliable, high‑quality administrative support where it is needed most.
