Schedule: Clinic 4 days/week, 8 am4 pm; Call 1:4; Weekend coverage Friday 8 amMonday 8 am

Shift: Day shift with overnight and weekend call

Hours/Week: Approximately 40 hours/week

Employment Type: Full-time

Licenses/Certifications: PALS, Fetal Monitoring Certification required; IMLC providers considered with Quality Letter in hand

Experience: Relevant OB-GYN clinical experience preferred

Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (specific pay package discussed upon application)

What You'll Do:

• Provide clinical obstetrics and gynecology care in a busy outpatient setting
• Assist with overnight and weekend call coverage for OB emergencies
• Perform on-site ultrasounds and non-stress tests (NSTs)
• Participate in in-house lab work and fetal monitoring
• Collaborate with a team of NPs and IMLC providers to deliver high-quality women's health services
• Deliver comprehensive patient care aligning with hospital and clinic protocols
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all safety and compliance standards

What You Need:

• Valid certification in PALS and fetal monitoring
• Licensed to practice OB-GYN in Arkansas or eligible for licensure
• Proven experience in outpatient OB-GYN care

• IMLC certification with Quality Letter
• Experience with ultrasound and lab procedures
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
