Specialty Systems Superintendent - Data Center Construction

This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of building one of the nation's most exciting and rapidly expanding markets while helping shape the future of Boldt's data center construction program.In this position, you'll lead field operations for large-scale mission-critical projects with a heavy focus on BAS/BMS, EPMS, DAS, Security, Telecom, Fire Alarm, and the interfaces that occur with the other MEP/FP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection Systems). You'll work alongside experienced project teams, craft professionals, and trade partners to safely deliver projects that demand precision, quality, and schedule certainty. An equivalent combination of a high school degree with training and/or experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.Seven years industry experience and four years supervisory experience in construction technology, methods, equipment, tools, and work procedures required.Advanced understanding of construction scheduling, cost control, and ability to control and supervise large groups is essential. Proven experience leading field operations on large commercial, industrial, mission-critical, manufacturing, power, or data center construction projects.Strong knowledge of concrete construction methods, sequencing, and productivity management.Experience overseeing structural steel erection activities and coordinating complex trade interfaces.Demonstrated leadership of self-perform construction crews.Working knowledge of scheduling, construction planning, site logistics, and safety management.Ability to effectively communicate with craft professionals, project teams, owners, and trade partners.Strong commitment to safety, quality, accountability, and team development.OSHA 30 certification preferred.Willingness and ability to travel to project locations nationwide.CompensationTarget Hiring Range: $140,000 - $170,000 annuallyBoldt recognizes that experience, expertise, and specialized skills create value.
