PAY : $35–$50 per billable hour through a piece-work pay structure

DO YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS?

At least 5 years of experience as a plumber in Florida, strong communication skills, and the ability to actively listen and respond to homeowners professionally and confidently are preferred.

WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A RESIDENTIAL SERVICE PLUMBING?

This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with weekend and overtime opportunities available but not required .

As our Residential Service Plumbing Apprentice, you'll arrive prepared and professional, ready to take on a schedule of residential service calls across a premium service area. You'll assess plumbing issues, communicate clearly with homeowners, and present well-structured service options that reflect your expertise and integrity. Throughout the day, you'll maintain a clean, organized van and uphold a polished, professional appearance.
