HVAC/Plumbing Project Manager

HVAC Project Manager position with a large mechanical construction company We are a large growing mechanical contractor that works on many large mechanical hvac and plumbing projects. This is a full-time position with great benefits, retirement package, and plenty of room for career growth. Responsibilities: Ability to commute to different jobsites. Meet and mentor all project engineers and field manpower. Build and maintain a strong relationship with GC's and Owners. Gather best pricing and on-time delivery of materials from vendors. Manage, approve, organize, and document: plans and specifications, schedule, equipment, progress billing, budget/cash flow, submittals, RFI's, inspection records, permits, material purchases, change orders, cost engineering, labor and production tracking. Business development with existing and prospect general contractors and owners, as well as other sub-contractors and design engineers. Requirements: Local Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or construction. 3+ years of experience on large HVAC commercial projects ranging from 50k to $30M. Strong software knowledge in BlueBeam, MS Project, Microsoft Office, Timberline, AutoCAD, Quickpen/Accubid, or similar modeling and scheduling software are a plus.
