Family Medicine Position at Delta Companies Inc.

Join Delta Companies Inc. as a Family Medicine physician. This role offers competitive compensation and a range of benefits.

Compensation and Benefits

Up to $300,000 with clinical experience
Sign-on bonus: $20,000 plus $10,000 paid every 6 months
Medical, dental, and vision coverage + 403B investment program
PTO days, 8 holidays and 1 floating day
Continuing Medical Education: 5 days for $3,000

Responsibilities and Facility Details

Outpatient clinic only with bread and butter cases
Monday to Friday with 4 hours a week for administrative time
No weekends or after-hours coverage
Student loan repayment: Allen County, Indiana has an HPSA score of 21 for Primary Care

Qualifications and Skills

Board eligible or board certified
Visa candidates accepted at this time
Open to late-career physicians
Good bedside manners; warm, compassionate patients

Community and Location

Live minutes from an international airport
