We run fast, stay organized, and hold the line on quality every shift. Job Description We’re hiring a BOH Supervisor / Lead Cook to help run the kitchen and lead shifts from the line. This is a hands-on leadership role . You’ll be working alongside the team while making sure execution, standards, and flow stay on point. What You’ll Do Lead and manage the kitchen during your shift Work the line while setting the pace and standard for the team Ensure food quality, consistency, and ticket times stay on track Supervise and support BOH staff throughout service Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards Assist with training, coaching, and holding team members accountable Help with prep, station setup, and daily kitchen operations Communicate with FOH as needed to keep service running smoothly What We’re Looking For Previous experience as a Lead Cook, Shift Lead, or Kitchen Supervisor Strong ability to lead from the front in a fast-paced environment High standards for execution, cleanliness, and consistency Calm under pressure and able to make decisions during service Organized, dependable, and accountable Team-oriented with clear communication Why This Role Matters This role is critical to the success of each shift.
