Class B Truck Driver

Trillium Drivers is now hiring experienced CDL Class B Drivers with Hazmat endorsement for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Roseville, MN!

Position Details:

Schedule: MondayFriday, 5:00 AM 1:00 PM
Hours: 40 hours per week (average 8-hour shifts)
Pay Rate: $27.00 per hour
Equipment: 22' automatic transmission truck
Route Type: Local deliveries home daily

This is a hands-on (touch) delivery position transporting HVAC equipment and parts to customer sites and job locations. Drivers play a key role in ensuring every order is delivered on time, complete, and error-free.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate a 22' box truck on local routes
Load and organize freight efficiently for delivery accuracy
Deliver HVAC equipment and parts to customers and job sites
Verify orders and ensure smooth, timely drop-offs
Maintain professionalism and strong customer service at all delivery stops
Comply with DOT regulations and company safety standards

Qualifications:

Valid CDL Class B driver's license
Hazmat endorsement required (for occasional refrigerant transport)
Minimum 1+ year of recent, verifiable CDL Class B driving experience
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
Must wear required PPE, including steel-toe boots
Ability to lift 50+ pounds occasionally (dolly and pallet jacks provided)
