Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team!

Responsibilities:

Contacting clients and updating database
Sending emails to clients with machinery for sale
Following up with past clients
Document and update customer records based on interactions

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to type emails and speak clearly on the phone
Training is provided
