ABOUT OUR AGENCY
I opened my agency in 2015 after previously working as a State Farm team member, and since day one Ive focused on building a positive, competitive, and fun office culture where people genuinely enjoy coming to work. Our team of eight believes in helping others beyond just their insurance needs, and creating meaningful relationships with both customers and each other is a huge part of who we are.

Im a proud graduate of Southwestern Oklahoma State University where I earned both my bachelors and masters degrees, and Im also a proud father of two daughters. Staying involved in the community is important to me, and I actively support organizations including the Payne County Youth Shelter, Stillwater Medical Foundation, Aging Advocates, The Lions Club, Cornerstone Transitional Living, and both the Stillwater and Perkins Chambers of Commerce.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Lucas Grounds - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
