Are you a natural leader who loves seeing students succeed? Mathnasium is looking for a dynamic Center Director to lead our Dadeland team. You'll be the face of our center—managing operations, inspiring a team of instructors, and building lasting relationships with families in our community. Do you believe that kids should be first? The Mission

As Center Director, you aren't just managing a business; you're ensuring every student who walks through our doors develops the confidence and skills to excel. You will drive the center's growth by turning inquiries into enrollments and instructors into mentors.

What You'll Do

• Lead & Inspire: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of instructors.
• Drive Growth: Manage sales, lead conversion, and local marketing to hit revenue goals.
• Build Community: Act as the primary point of contact for parents and local schools, providing world-class customer service.
• Ensure Quality: Oversee the "Mathnasium Method," ensuring student learning plans are accurate and effective.
• Master Operations: Handle the "business side"—from billing and scheduling to keeping the center customer-ready.

Requirements

The Details

• Schedule: Full-time. School Year: Mon–Thu (11:30 AM – 8:00 PM) and Sunday (12:30 PM – 4:30 PM). Summer hours vary.
• Background: 3+ years of leadership or management experience. A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
• Training: We provide comprehensive training to master the Mathnasium Method within your first 90 days.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $50,000 – $57,000 (commensurate with experience).
