About the Role:
Join the fun at Blast Off Bay as a Slide Attendant! In this exciting position, you'll be responsible for ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests as they enjoy our thrilling water slides. If you love working in a vibrant environment and making a splash, this is the job for you!

Responsibilities:

• Monitor slide operations to ensure safety and compliance with park rules.
• Assist guests with slide instructions and ensure proper use of equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the slide area.
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Conduct regular safety checks and report any issues to management.
• Enforce height and safety regulations for all riders.
• Participate in emergency response drills and procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members to create a fun atmosphere.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 16 years old; prior experience in a customer service role is a plus.
• Lifeguard certification not required for slide attendant.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic first aid and CPR certification preferred, or willingness to obtain.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
• Team player with a passion for customer satisfaction.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
