Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Hold a current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Previous school-based PT experience preferred, but strong clinical backgrounds are encouraged to apply
- Demonstrate effective communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
- Familiarity with developing and implementing IEP goals
- Excellent organizational skills and adaptability to a dynamic educational environment
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide physical therapy services to a diverse student population in accordance with IEP requirements
- Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings to assess and revise therapy needs
- Conduct individual and group sessions to support functional mobility and physical development
- Document evaluations, treatment plans, and progress in a timely manner
- Educate staff and families on student progress and strategies to foster success
- Monitor student outcomes and adapt interventions as appropriate through the school year
