Physical Therapist - Full-Time
Location: Northampton, MA
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts
Work Setting: On-site
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join a collaborative orthopedic rehabilitation team in Northampton, MA. This position offers an excellent opportunity for both new graduates and experienced clinicians to provide high-quality care to post-operative and non-operative orthopedic patients.
The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering patient-centered care.
ResponsibilitiesEvaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide direct physical therapy services in a professional and compassionate manner.
Implement evidence-based treatment programs based on individual patient needs.
Monitor patient progress and modify goals and treatment plans as appropriate.
Provide care for post-operative and non-operative orthopedic patients.
Manage multiple patients while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Educate patients on treatment plans, exercises, and rehabilitation goals.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
Perform non-clinical duties necessary to support the overall rehabilitation process.
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Current Massachusetts Physical Therapy License required.
Orthopedic outpatient rehabilitation experience preferred but not required .
New graduates are welcome to apply.
