We are looking for a Staff Accountant in Middlesex County, NJ. In this role you will be responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, balance sheets, and more. Responsibilities:

• Manage full accounts payable cycle, ensuring invoices are received, reviewed, and prepared accurately for payment.

• Process accounts receivable transactions, including generating and distributing invoices.

• Reconcile balance sheet accounts, investigate variances, and prepare supporting analysis.

• Conduct bank reconciliations to maintain up-to-date financial records.

• Prepare and post journal entries for month-end and year-end close activities.

• Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance is required.

• At least 3 years of experience in an accounting role.

• Working knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation processes.

• Hands-on experience with general ledger accounting, journal entries, and account reconciliations.

• Strong Excel skills for analysis, reporting, and record maintenance.

• Demonstrated ability to resolve issues and reconcile accounts effectively.
