Supervise, coordinate, and organize the tasks of construction or extraction workers. Develop and nurture robust relationships with owners, colleagues, engineers, architects, and subcontractors. Description Responsible for creating and maintaining project budget with respective cost codes Develop and train Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers Review all project RFIs and provide recommendations of options to the architect Develop and maintain project schedule and lead all change requests Proven track record of leading subcontractor project meetings Facilitate communication and coordination of subcontractors Support business development efforts by maintaining a positive client relationship to ensure customer satisfaction Ensure quality and drive implementation of project safety plan Coordinate with Superintendent and Project Engineer to ensure timely project deliverables Manage buy‑out and project closeout processes Profile Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience Over 7 years of experience in construction, with a history of managing multiple projects simultaneously Experience with multifamily projects Knowledgeable in skilled trades such as carpentry, masonry, concrete work, site excavation and grading, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, and electrical systems Proficient in commercial construction technology and details, with the ability to review and understand all construction documents, including specifications and drawings Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients Job Offer Market Competitive salary up to $150k Company truck or allowance 401(k) Cost of living increases Medical, Vision, Dental benefits Structured career path & professional development opportunities Competitive bonus structure MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual’s status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
