Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine Physician

A well-established, multi-site medical group in New York City is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine Physician to join a growing outpatient primary care team. This role focuses on delivering comprehensive, relationship-centered care to a diverse urban patient population.

Physicians will provide full-scope primary care, including diagnosis, treatment, preventive services, chronic disease management, and care coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient histories and physical examinations
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions
• Develop preventive care and health maintenance plans
• Prescribe medications and manage ongoing treatment plans
• Refer patients to specialists as needed
• Review diagnostic test results and adjust care plans accordingly
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records in the EMR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams
• Participate in medical staff meetings and continuing education

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree (or foreign equivalent with U.S. training)
• Completion of accredited U.S. residency in Family Medicine
• Board Eligible or Board Certified
• Active, unrestricted New York State medical license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA registration (or eligibility)
• Eligible for Medicare/Medicaid enrollment
• BLS or ACLS certification
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Comfortable working in an EMR environment

Compensation

• $250,000 $300,000 annually, depending on experience.
