This role is ideal for a skilled IT professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving complex technical challenges while supporting a stable and expanding infrastructure.Key Responsibilities* Resolve escalated technical issues and support complex infrastructure environments* Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions* Manage and support Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and virtualization platforms (e.g., Hyper-V)* Configure and maintain network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, and VPNs* Assist with onboarding new clients and deploying IT solutions* Document technical procedures, solutions, and best practices* Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to resolve issues* Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to critical after-hours incidents* Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal knowledge sharing### Qualifications* Proven experience in IT support and infrastructure management* Experience with Microsoft 365 cloud services (Entra, Purview) and platforms such as Azure or AWS* Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls)* Experience with RMM and PSA tools (e.g., ConnectWise, Datto, NinjaOne)* Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills* Relevant certifications (CompTIA Network+, Security+, Microsoft) are a plus#Ind1Pay: From $35.00 per hour### Benefits* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceWork Location: In person
