Branch Manager - Industrial Services

Job Description Summary Branch Manager (Profit Center Manager) – responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of a rental center business unit. This includes leading all aspects of Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Maintenance, and Logistics, achieving financial and performance goals, and managing the unit’s operational and financial reporting functions. Responsibilities Overall responsibility for the performance of a multi‑million dollar revenue business. Lead and develop a high‑performance team across all operating functions. Set and achieve sales, customer service, fleet, and logistics targets. Manage financial performance, including P&L oversight and key financial controls. Prepare and present operational and financial reports to senior management. Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Business Management degree with at least one year of rental industry experience, or three to four years of rental industry experience. Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. Prior experience in an outside sales, construction, or industrial market is advantageous. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Understanding of P&L and other key financial controls. Ability to influence and negotiate with customers and stakeholders. High level of accountability, time management, and willingness to learn all aspects of the business. Physical Demands The role requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 50 pounds or more; it involves working indoors and outdoors as necessary.
