Transaction Analyst
Virtual Vocations Inc
Providing essential support to Transaction Managers and Brokers, the full-time remote Transaction Analyst will manage transaction data, produce reports, and perform advanced financial analysis on real estate transactions across a national portfolio. Key responsibilities Support Transaction Managers and Brokers with active deals and portfolio initiatives Prepare and deliver client-facing and internal reporting packages based on transaction data Maintain transaction databases and develop complex Excel models for analysis and reporting Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or related field preferred, with 3+ years of relevant experience Experience in commercial real estate preferred Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required Experience managing large datasets and transaction databases Familiarity with reporting platforms or data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
