Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate client needs and to create comprehensive, effective treatment plans tailored to each individual.

• Deliver evidence-based individual therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or mindfulness approaches.

• Establish measurable therapeutic goals and work collaboratively with clients to monitor and celebrate their progress towards these goals.

• Implement teletherapy options to broaden access to mental health care, ensuring clients facing barriers to in-person visits can still receive support.

• Maintain meticulous and accurate documentation to adhere to ethical and professional standards, contributing to the overall effectiveness and credibility of our practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Omni Healing Counseling Aid, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license, such as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.
