We are seeking an experienced  Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)to join our growing multi-specialty outpatient clinic in Monroe, NY.

This is a  full-time opportunity for a provider with a strong background in  primary care/family medicine who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care and family medicine services to adult and/or pediatric patients
  
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
  
• Perform physical exams, preventive care visits, and routine follow-ups
  
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
  
• Develop treatment plans and coordinate patient care
  
• Document all patient encounters accurately and timely
  
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals within the clinic
  

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted NP or PA license in New York
  
• National certification as applicable
  
• Strong experience in primary care or family medicine
  
• Excellent clinical, communication, and organizational skills
  
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced outpatient setting
  

Compensation

• Competitive salary in the range of $150k-$170k annually
