Job Description
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will provide essential support to adult clients through thorough assessments, case management, and community outreach efforts. This role handles a large caseload of 31+ clients independently, focusing on effective documentation and client-centered care without interdisciplinary team collaboration or on-call duties.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive client assessments focusing on adult populations
- Manage large caseloads through effective case management
- Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation
- Engage in community outreach to connect clients with resources
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
- Entry-level experience in clinical social work
