Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough evaluations of clients to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorders and other related concerns. \n
- Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans based on their unique goals, preferences, and treatment needs. \n
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to individual client situations. \n
- Provide education and resources for clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and best self-care practices. \n
- Regularly monitor client progress, making timely adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to reflect changes in needs or goals. \n
- Work closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care and comprehensive treatment strategies for clients. \n
- Stay current with research and developments in the field of mood disorders to continually enhance the effectiveness of therapy practices. \n
- Maintain meticulously accurate records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring client confidentiality and privacy. \n
- Participate in case consultations, internal team meetings, and professional development programs to foster personal and professional growth. \n
- Advocate for clients within the mental health sphere and work towards reducing stigma associated with mental health issues. \n

- The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to USD 140,000, accompanied by a sign-on bonus of $3,000. \n
