What You’ll Be Doing: As a Leasing Professional, you'll help people find a place to call home while driving the success of our community. If you're energized by building relationships, finding opportunities where others see challenges, and making a lasting impact, we'd love to hear from you— Compensation and Incentives Excellent Base Pay : $20.00 - $22.00/hour 20% Rent Discount Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions (paid monthly) Employee Referral Program (Earn up to $750 per referral) Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life/AD&D Insurance, and Long/Short-Term Disability Retirement Plan: 401(k) with Company Match Generous Paid Time Off: Including 10 Holidays per year and sick leave Monday - Friday: 9:00AM - 6:00PM Saturdays: 9:00AM- 5:00PM Off on Sundays and another day during the week *Schedule subject to change based on business needs What We’ll Expect from You: Prior customer service experience required; leasing or sales experience is a plus. Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and auto insurance may be required for travel to multiple properties.
