Printer Support Specialist

What You’ll Do Provide daily on-site support for network and workstation printers across multiple locations. Respond quickly and professionally to customer support requests. Troubleshoot and resolve printer‑related technical issues. Document all service requests and updates using TRAC Solution. Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or account managers when needed. Provide end‑user training and remote support as necessary. Maintain on‑site printer supplies, parts, and consumables inventory. Assist with printer procurement and hot‑swap equipment management. Track and report printer fleet usage and meter readings. Help maintain accurate printer fleet databases and support tools. What We’re Looking For 3+ years’ experience in IT support, help desk, or technical troubleshooting (hardware/software). Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment. Comfortable working independently across multiple locations. Ability to perform moderate physical activity (lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, walking, bending). Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
