Pharmacist – Critical Access Hospital (URGENT)

Facility: Cherry County Hospital (Critical Access)
Location: Valentine, NE
Setting: Hospital Pharmacy / Clinical Pharmacy Services

• Duration: 13 Weeks

• Start: ASAP

• Schedule: Days

• Hours: 40 hrs/week

• On-call coverage required (may include call-ins)

• No routine nights or weekends unless on call

• $75 – $77/hr

• Weekly Pay: $3,000 – $3,080/week

• Active Nebraska Pharmacist License required

• Graduate of accredited School of Pharmacy required

• Clinical Pharmacist experience required

• Hospital or critical access pharmacy experience preferred

• Ability to provide on-call pharmacy support

• Strong medication safety and clinical verification skills

• Knowledge of drug interactions, dosing, and therapy monitoring

• Verify and dispense medication orders

• Provide clinical pharmacy consultations

• Monitor medication therapy for safety and effectiveness

• Support inpatient and outpatient pharmacy operations

• Respond to on-call pharmacy needs when required

• Ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory standards

• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff
