Independent Contractor Requirements

Business License
General Liability and Worker's Compensation Insurance
Janitorial Experience
Carpet and Floor work Knowledge
Medical Compliance Knowledge
Quality assurance inspection ability
Ability to Train
Leadership and employee management experience
Proposal and Bidding Experience
Bi-lingual is a plus
Must have reliable Automobile and insurance
Covid and Flu shots are required

Scope of work

Responsible for cleaning and upholding RFS cleaning standards throughout assigned buildings.
Ensure buildings have proper supplies.
Train on Chemicals, bio-hazard, blood pathogens.
Carry out ordering and inventory duties for assigned buildings.
