We are currently seeking a Technical Solutions Arch. Sr. Specialist to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Key Responsibilities
1. L3 Support & Troubleshooting
Provide L3 support for Imprivata EAM/OneSign-related incidents and service requests.
Troubleshoot complex authentication, SSO, agent and application access issues.
Analyze Imprivata logs, Windows Event Viewer, application logs and network traces.
Perform RCA for recurring and high-impact incidents.
Support P1/P2 incidents and participate in technical bridge calls.
Work with L1/L2 teams for effective issue escalation and resolution.
2. Imprivata Administration
Administer Imprivata Enterprise Access Management/OneSign.
Manage users, computers, sites, policies and authentication configurations.
Manage Imprivata Agents deployed on endpoints and virtual environments.
Monitor platform health and resolve appliance/agent connectivity issues.
Perform regular health checks and identify potential service-impacting issues.

Imprivata documentation identifies agents, sites, users, workstations and VDI as core EAM concepts, with agents communicating with the Imprivata environment and sites providing appliance assignment/failover capabilities.

3. SSO & Application Integration
Configure and troubleshoot SSO application profiles.
Support SSO for web, Windows/client-server, legacy and SAML applications.
Troubleshoot credential capture/injection and application authentication issues.
Onboard new applications into Imprivata.
Work with application owners to gather application requirements.
Troubleshoot application-specific SSO failures.

Imprivata supports SSO for legacy, client/server, SAML 2.0 and web applications through its SSO capabilities.

4. Authentication & MFA
Configure and troubleshoot authentication policies.
Support authentication methods such as:
Password
Proximity/badge
Smart card
Biometrics
OTP
Imprivata ID
Security keys/FIDO where applicable
Troubleshoot MFA and authentication failures.
Support passwordless authentication use cases.

Imprivata EAM currently supports multiple authentication methods and configurable two-factor authentication options.

5. Shared Workstations & VDI
Support Imprivata deployments on shared workstations and kiosk environments.
Troubleshoot fast user switching and session-related issues.
Support Citrix/VDI and virtual desktop environments.
Troubleshoot roaming session and workstation authentication issues.
Support endpoint/agent configuration for shared workstations.

Imprivata provides dedicated capabilities for shared workstations, including fast user switching, kiosk agents and computer policies controlling concurrent desktops and idle-session behavior.

6. Upgrade & Change Management
Perform Imprivata upgrades and patching activities.
Prepare implementation and rollback plans.
Conduct pre- and post-upgrade health checks.
Coordinate changes with infrastructure, endpoint and application teams.
Troubleshoot issues following upgrades or configuration changes.
7. Incident & Problem Management
Own complex incidents through resolution.
Perform detailed RCA and identify permanent fixes.
Identify recurring incidents and recommend preventive actions.
Create and update problem records.
Provide technical inputs for Change and Problem Management.
8. Documentation & KT
Create and maintain:
SOPs
Troubleshooting guides
Runbooks
Application onboarding procedures
Health-check procedures
Upgrade documentation
Knowledge articles
Conduct KT sessions for L1/L2 engineers.
Support Shadowing and Reverse-Shadowing activities.
