CDL-A Semi-Local Truck Drivers

American Transport Team (ATT) is hiring CDL-A drivers for semi-local routes. This position offers consistent miles, predictable scheduling, and competitive weekly earnings with frequent home time.

Compensation & Benefits

• Weekly pay average: $1,655 (Typical range $1,630–$1,680 depending on routes and stops)

• Regional runs (200+ miles): starting at $0.63 CPM, increases with tenure

• Local runs (under 200 miles): starting at $0.725 CPM, increases with tenure

• Stop pay: $20–$30 per stop, depending on route type

• Hourly/safety pay: $20 per hour

• Paid training at mileage rate plus applicable stop pay

• $100 per week added to paycheck for eligible situations

• Paid Time Off: 7 days in the first year, 10 days after one year

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license

• Minimum age of 21

• Must pass urine and hair drug screening

• Background check required

• No SAP (Substance Abuse Program) participants
