Position Details
- Full-Time: 1st & 2nd Shift
- Part-Time: 1st & 2nd Shift
- Every Other Weekend: 1st Shift
- 8 hour shifts
Compensation
- LPN COMPENSATION
- $33.40 – $38.40 / hour Based on experience + MI direct care incentive + 2nd shift differential
Sign-On Bonus Details
- LPN: $4,000 (Full-Time), $2,000 (Part-Time)(paid in installments)

What You'll Do
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans
- Administer medications and perform treatments
- Collaborate with CNAs and interdisciplinary care team
- Monitor and respond to changes in resident condition
- Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
What You Bring
- Active LPN license (Michigan)
- Long-term care experience preferred (not required)
- Team-oriented mindset with a passion for resident care
