Overview Job Type: Full‑time – Salaried Pay: $85,000 – $105,000 annually Location: Seattle, Washington Sign‑on bonus: Up to $15,000 and a full‑time physical therapist position with comprehensive benefits. Collaboratively develop and adjust evidence‑based plans of care reflecting each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle. Deliver skilled interventions (therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re‑education, modalities) to improve function and reduce pain. Track meaningful patient outcomes and adjust approach based on progress and clinical presentation. Serve as a trusted resource and advocate for patients throughout recovery journey. Qualifications Physical Therapist licensure in good standing in the State of Washington. Compensation $85,000 – $105,000 inclusive of productivity incentives.
