Senior Digital Experience Research Analyst

This role sits at the intersection of user research, digital analytics, experimentation, and strategy. You’ll shape how technology decision-makers experience a large-scale global digital presence, using evidence to guide meaningful improvements. The position owns the research lifecycle, from discovery, interviews, and testing through measurement, experimentation, and optimization. You’ll turn behavioral data and user feedback into clear insights and compelling data stories that influence strategic decisions. Working across marketing, technology, product, design, and creative teams, you’ll help ensure digital experiences are grounded in user needs and measurable outcomes. The role offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to establish scalable research practices, standards, and insight repositories. You’ll also have the opportunity to apply AI-enabled tools to accelerate research, identify patterns, and improve the quality and speed of analysis. Accountabilities - Define and own the user research strategy and roadmap, establishing scalable research frameworks, standards, and best practices across teams. - Lead qualitative and quantitative research initiatives, including user testing, interviews, surveys, competitive benchmarking, and expert reviews. - Analyze behavioral data and user feedback to identify insights, friction points, opportunities, and trends that inform product and digital experience decisions. - Define and evolve web measurement strategies, monitor user behavior and digital performance, and communicate findings through dashboards and executive-level presentations. - Own the experimentation program, including A/B and multivariate testing, partnering with design, product, and development teams to validate hypotheses and improve conversion and engagement.

- Develop compelling data stories that combine quantitative evidence with user perspectives and establish strong standards for communicating research insights. - Build and maintain scalable research documentation and insight repositories so findings remain accessible, discoverable, and reusable across teams. - Use tools such as Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Target, UserTesting, Microsoft Clarity, and survey/interview platforms to support research and optimization initiatives. - Partner with cross-functional and global stakeholders to translate research findings into actionable digital strategy and experience improvements. - Explore and apply AI-enabled research workflows, including interview transcript synthesis, feedback clustering, behavioral pattern identification, analysis acceleration, and reporting support. Requirements - 4+ years of experience, or equivalent demonstrated expertise, in user research, digital experience, conversion optimization, or a related discipline. - Proven experience defining and leading user research strategies, programs, or roadmaps. - Strong expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. - Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, and Adobe Target for analytics, personalization, and experimentation. - Demonstrated data storytelling skills, including the ability to present research findings and insights that influence business or product decisions. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and familiarity with accessibility standards. - Experience working with large-scale websites or digital platforms, particularly in B2B environments, is valuable. - Experience with qualitative research and behavioral analytics tools such as UserTesting, Microsoft Clarity, or Hotjar is beneficial. - Experience applying AI tools throughout the research lifecycle is a plus.
