IT Provisioning / End‑User Support (Contract) Location: Atlanta, GA 30339 Onsite (5 days/week) Duration: 6‑month contract to Hire Pay Rate: $21/hour Overview This is an exciting opportunity to get your foot in the door with an enterprise environment to onboard new hires at scale, and ensure they are fully provisioned, secure and productive on Day 1 in an M365 environment. Heavy device management with Intune and Autopilot! Responsibilities Support onboarding readiness for large volumes of new hires Assist with user provisioning, access, and Microsoft 365 licensing Support device enrollment, configuration, and compliance using Intune and Autopilot Troubleshoot onboarding, identity, and Day‑1 access issues Manage incidents and requests using an ITSM platform (ServiceNow or similar) Assist with offboarding, including access deprovisioning and hardware recovery Technical Environment Microsoft 365 services ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow or Jira Required Qualifications Experience providing Level 1 desktop or end‑user support Exposure to structured or enterprise IT environments (500+) 6 months experience working with Entra ID, Intune, Autopilot, and M365 Ability to work onsite five days per week #J-18808-Ljbffr Tier4 Group
