As our Electrophysiologist at our established cardiology group in Lexington, Kentucky, you will provide advanced cardiac electrophysiology care, helping patients achieve better outcomes through a high-volume, comprehensive EP practice. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a thriving, physician-led group, working alongside a talented team of 9 cardiologists and 3 cardiovascular surgeons.

In this role, you will lead a high-volume clinical and procedural practice, performing a wide array of procedures including CIEDs, AF, SVT, and complex VT/PVC ablations. You will be supported by a robust infrastructure, including dedicated EP APP support and Cardiology APPs for after-hours call coverage, allowing you to focus on delivering high-level cardiac care while maintaining a balanced call schedule.

To be successful in this role, you will be a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Electrophysiologist with an active or eligible license in the state of Kentucky. We seek a candidate with strong procedural expertise, including lead extraction skills and familiarity with PFA systems. You will possess a commitment to clinical innovation, excellent communication skills, and a desire to contribute to a highly collaborative, thriving cardiovascular practice in a vibrant community.

Job Requirements \n
\n

Required:

\n

\n
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
\n
• Board certification or eligibility in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology.
\n
• Active or eligible license in the state of Kentucky.
\n
• Strong procedural expertise across the full spectrum of EP, including complex ablations and device implantation.
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with referring physicians and a multidisciplinary team.
\n
• Ability to work collaboratively in a high-volume cardiology group.
\n
• Commitment to high-quality, evidence-based care and innovation in cardiovascular medicine.

• 3–5 years of clinical experience in a high-volume EP practice.

• Specific focus and proficiency in Lead Extraction procedures.
