Position: Licensed Practical Nurse

Location: 330 Franklin Turnpike, Ridgewood, NJ 07450

Facility: LTC/SNF
Shift: 3pm -11:30pm (Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat, Sun)
Contract : 9 weeks'
Pay Package: $40/hr on W2
Start : TBD

Requirements:

State LPN license
BLS/CPR preferred

Min 1 -2 year of LPN experience in rehab or skilled nursing facility will be preferred.
Duties include taking Vitals, assisting with ADL's, transportation, Medicine administration and reminders, Assisting RN's.
Care/Rehab or Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred.
