Senior User Experience Designer Location: Greenwood Village, CO Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2–3 days onsite per week) Duration: 12‑Month Contract (potential to extend) Third party candidates cannot be considered at this time. Here’s What You’ll Be Doing Lead the design and execution of customer‑focused UX strategies that improve digital experiences across web and mobile applications. Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to uncover insights that inform product direction and design decisions. Create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, task flows, prototypes, and interactive experiences that address customer needs and business objectives. Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and other stakeholders to define and deliver intuitive, user‑centered solutions. Evaluate existing user experiences, identify improvement opportunities, and present design recommendations backed by research and best practices. Here’s What Our Ideal Candidate Has 8+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, product design, or related disciplines. Advanced proficiency with Figma and experience creating, scaling, and maintaining comprehensive design systems. Strong expertise in user‑centered design methodologies, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. Experience working within Agile and/or SAFe development environments and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams. Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, User Experience, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications Experience within financial services, banking, fintech, or other regulated industries. Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Miro and FigJam. Experience using user research and project management platforms. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and modern front‑end technologies. Exposure to JavaScript and React‑based development environments.
