Staff Accountant

Sol Rise Staffing has partnered with a east valley company that is seeking a Staff Accountant who can handle complexity, move fast, and help automate processes to be efficient. This isn't a routine close-and-reconcile role. You'll be working through real accounting challenges across a high-volume, multi-entity environment where problem solving and attention to detail matter every single day. What you'll be doing Executing month-end and year-end close across multi-entities, including mass journal entry upload Preparing and resolving high-volume balance sheet reconciliation Reconciling intercompany transactions and allocation entries across multiple entitie Supporting an ERP migration by standardizing and reformulating journal entrieInvestigating budget variances and posting adjusting entrie Collaborating with location managers and corporate teams to resolve ledger discrepancie Supporting internal and external audits with clean, well-documented schedule What we're looking fo 1-3 years of accounting experience in a multi-entity, high-volume, or fast-paced environme ntBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finan Strong GAAP knowledge and GL fundamenta Advanced Excel skills — XLOOKUP, pivot tables, Power Que Familiarity with intercompany accounting, inventory, or floor plan payables is a big pl Someone who's comfortable with AI tools and always looking for a smarter way to wo #J-18808-Ljbffr
