Sales Consultants will be charged with providing a warm welcoming atmosphere while working towards finding the best car choice for our new, existing and referral‑based clients. Successful candidates will have a competitive nature and strong interpersonal skills enabling them to easily hold conversation with potential customers. Essential Duties Sell and deliver a minimum number of vehicles per month. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses. Prepare sold vehicles for customer delivery prior to customer arrival. Review and analyze actions at the end of each day, week, month and year to determine how to better utilize time and plan more effectively. Introduce customers to service department personnel to emphasize the quality and efficiency of service repairs and maintenance available in the dealership's service department. Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty and paperwork. Maintain an owner follow‑up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction. Exhibit high level of commitment to customer satisfaction. Requirements Must be at least 21 years of age or older. Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
