To support the bank's operational efficiency, the full-time Business Process Owner will plan, direct, and coordinate activities for complex processes, focusing on problem definition, evaluation of requirements, and implementation of business processes in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Develops and manages business processes to align with enterprise strategy and enhance customer performance Identifies and mitigates operational and compliance risks while ensuring effective communication with stakeholders Utilizes data and analytics to measure process performance and lead continuous improvement initiatives Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant education and/or experience Minimum of 3 years of direct experience in a Contact Center environment Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration to achieve project goals Demonstrated ability in process improvement and quantifying benefits achieved Strategic problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative solutions
